Dr. Filippo Marco Espinoza is a lecturer in Italian studies at the University of Savoy Mont Blanc (France). Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Peace Studies (CISP) at the University of Pisa (Italy). Espinoza obtained a PhD in Contemporary History from the University of Trento (Italy) in 2017. His research interests revolve around 20th century Mediterranean history, with a focus on the experience and legacy of Italian Fascism in the Dodecanese.
